In 2022, Laci became the Organizational Effectiveness and Innovation Specialist for the City of Coppell's Employee Experience Team. She focuses on enhancing overall organizational effectiveness by improving connections between departments, processes, and relationships.
Laci is a respected thought leader in her field, leveraging her innate intuition and passion for generating innovative ideas and solutions.
She earned a bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University and pursued two Master's Degrees simultaneously to expand her knowledge and expertise. Her passion for creating high-performance organizations, coupled with her knowledge in change management and innovation, sets her apart as a leader in her field. She has implemented strategies that encourage creativity, teamwork, and ongoing improvement. Laci's insights on leadership development, building an innovative culture, and fostering inclusion have been shared at industry conferences.
